Richmond Hill Art Show Reflects “Diversity”
Four York Region artists with very different background will be holding their first joint art show “Diversity Art Show and Sale” at the Boynton House in Richmond Hill from September 8 – 11. Over 100 original paintings in watercolour, acrylic, ink, oil and mixed media will be displayed.
Colin Daniel, Diana Li, Christine Valentini and Betty Wong each has a unique style and their works reflect the theme of “Diversity”. It is interesting to see the wide range of subject matters and originality of these artists who originate from Austria, Barbados and Hong Kong. With Canada as their home now, they are very excited to come together to share their art with the public. All of them have been painting for a number of years and are very active in the local art scenes, having their work accepted in many juried art shows.
Enjoy an evening with all four artists on Friday, September 9, between 7-9 pm. Boynton House is located at 1300 Elgin Mills Road East, inside the Richmond Green grounds.
Show hours are: Thursday 12noon-5pm, Friday 10am-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm. For more information, contact: christine@studiovalentini.ca. Admission is free and all visitors are eligible for a Lucky Draw.
