#599, Coastal Landscape, mixed media, 20"x26" My recent trip to Newfoundland inspired this painting. This contemporary artwork was created with a simple palette of colour. I keep in mind the composition, light, negative space and add some detail for a unique look. This painting was accepted by the Varley Art Gallery and won an honourable mention at the Art Guild of Scarborough Show.
